This is 45 minutes of beginner-friendly yoga by Erin followed by 30 mins relaxing time with cats. (One hot drink is included) No experience with yoga is necessary, all levels are catered for. (Please consult with your doctor if you have any injuries or concerns before attending.) Age 14 and above only. Please bring comfortable clothes. We have some spare yoga mats so let us know if you’d like to use ours!
Is this yoga pregnancy friendly? 🙂
I am sure our teacher will know how to accommodate that. She certainly makes it adapted to our old, non flexible bodies.
Do you need to book for the yoga sessions and if so how do we do this?
It is better if you do book. There is only space for ten. You may come without booking but could find there is no space for you. You can book through our usual booking site https://nekongeru.nz/bookings/ and just scroll down to the yoga events section to choose your date. Alternately, you can call 04 589 CATS (2287).
