Because of popular demand, can now offer “Cat (assisted) Yoga!” on Tuesday night.
This is 1 hour of beginner-friendly yoga by Donelle followed by 30 mins relaxing time with cats. (One hot drink is included) No experience with yoga is necessary, all levels are catered for. (Please consult with your doctor if you have any injuries or concerns before attending.) Age 14 and above only. Please bring comfortable clothes and your own mat.

    hello, do the cats help during the actual yoga or only afterward?

      Yoga takes place in the cat play room.
      We appreciate it when they choose to help.
