Greetings humans. This is MiTwo writing to you again from Japan. I want to share with you what the Neko Ngeru Cat Adoption Café will be like. I got this information when I made my new human servant, Hiroaki, Skype my former servant, Ken in Wellington. Humans are so cute when they don’t know why they do the things their cat masters want.
I heard that most of the café space will be for the cats’ use. There will be a large play room where the cats can be petted, brushed, played with and cuddled by a great variety of human servants. Of course, the humans will pay ten dollars for the privilege of being with the cats for an hour—a great bargain in my opinion. The play room will have lots of places for cats to climb and run and jump or just hang out. There will be toys and brushes too. The cats will also have their own separate areas where they can eat, use the toilets, sleep in a heated and sound insulated room, and be introduced to new cats when they arrive. There is also a section where the humans can get their own food and drink or buy fun things for their cats at home.
When one of the humans falls in love with one or more of the cats, as inevitably happens, if that human has a place to keep a cat well fed and safe, then that human just might get lucky enough to adopt and take their dream cat(s) home. There is just a small fee to cover the costs of vaccinations and operations. I think this will be so good for the humans of Wellington. So many just do not have a cat to give their life meaning.
I enjoyed reading MiTsu’s explanation of how things will work in the Cat Adoption Cafe. We adopted a cat when he was just 6 month old. That was 18 years ago.
Looking forward to visit this cafe with Isabella once it is open!!!
